Hi, I’m Joan Gilbert, owner of Mindfulness with Joan. As a Health Psychology Coach and Life Empowerment Guide, I create a safe, compassionate space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and subconscious beliefs without judgment. I offer in-person and virtual sessions to support you in transforming stress, self-doubt, and limiting beliefs into clarity, confidence, and inner peace.

My Approach & Background
My practice is holistic and strength-based, combining my Master’s in Health Psychology with extensive experience in business, health coaching, and volunteering with children experiencing cancer. This unique background allows me to bridge science-based psychology with intuitive healing, helping clients cultivate emotional, physical, social, and spiritual well-being.
After 25+ years in corporate finance, I followed my passion for mind-body healing, earning my Master’s in Health Psychology and training in PSYCH-K®, Reiki, and HeartMath®. This transition allowed me to align my work with my purpose—guiding others toward self-discovery, healing, and empowerment.
