  • Practice HeartMath® Techniques – I’ll guide you through breathing and heart coherence exercises while using biofeedback technology to help you achieve a calm, focused state.
  • Reconnect & Measure Again – We’ll take another HRV measurement to see the real-time impact of your practice, helping you visualize your progress.
  • Reflection & Next Steps – We’ll review your experience and create a simple plan to integrate HeartMath® techniques into your daily life.
