Live Like A Sea Turtle
Sea turtles move slow and steady in the sand, and even though they move slowly, they keep moving forward purposefully. They glide with ease and grace and swim fast with joy in the ocean when they are in their element and are in flow. Sea turtles swim and navigate the waves at the surface and come up for air, but also dive deep to avoid big waves and for protection. A sea turtle never leaves their home; their shell is their home and a safe place. Sea turtles can get stuck on their backs, and it can be frightening and hard, but they also have the strength to flip themselves over.
I want my clients to live like a sea turtle. I want you to walk in peace on your journey with resilience and perseverance, continuing to move forward. I want my clients to move slowly in awareness noticing the beauty around them but also be free and happy when you are connected and in flow. I want you to be able to navigate life’s ups and downs on the surface but also go deep within yourself when needed. Your body is your earthly home and I want you to take good care of it, protect it, connect with it and intuitively listen to it. I want you to know that you have the strength and courage to change even if you feel completely stuck. I want to be your coach and help you to live like a sea turtle!
