I was reading about the energy of this week, and the theme is simple but powerful: let the days unfold. Slow down. Reconnect. Nurture the connections that matter most.
That’s my hope for you this week, to take one deep breath, release the pressure, and just be.
Enjoy the break from your schedule. Who cares if the turkey turns out dry (honestly… does anyone even like turkey that much?) or if the table settings aren’t Pinterest-level perfect?
This week is not about how Thanksgiving looks from the outside. It’s about how it feels to you.
Watch A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving and let yourself smile, laugh, dance.
Cuddle with your loved ones, kids, partners, pets, and soak up the love that’s right in front of you.
Connection is your medicine this week.
Let harmony, comfort, and heartfelt conversations be the true gifts you walk away with.
Do you have a favorite Thanksgiving memory? Share it with the people you’re spending time with or drop it in the comments. There are bound to be some great stories out there.
I’ll never forget the year my sister and I tried to make Thanksgiving dinner for her family. To this day I’m still not sure how I messed up the green bean casserole… or if we ever actually liked it in the first place. Either way, that dish has notmade a return to my table!
Wishing you the warmest, coziest, most connected Thanksgiving week.
Happy Thanksgiving!
