Reiki
A gentle, calming practice to support deep rest, relaxation, and energetic balance.
Reiki offers a quiet space to slow down, release tension, and reconnect with a steadier sense of calm — physically, emotionally, and energetically.
What Is Reiki?
Reiki is a gentle, energy-based practice that supports relaxation, stress reduction, and overall well-being.
The word Reiki comes from two Japanese terms: Rei, often understood as universal or guiding wisdom, and Ki, meaning life force energy—the natural energy that flows within all living things.
In a Reiki session, this energy is invited to support your body’s natural ability to rest, restore, and rebalance. Many people experience a deep sense of calm, release of tension, and a quieting of the mind.
Rather than directing or forcing change, Reiki works in a subtle, supportive way—helping you reconnect with a steadier, more grounded state from within.
Reiki May Be a Fit If You’re Experiencing…
Sometimes your body is asking for something quieter than problem-solving—space to rest, release, and simply reset.
Reiki can be especially supportive if you’re noticing:
You may find it hard to fully relax, even when you have the time. Reiki offers a space for your nervous system to settle and unwind.
Whether it shows up as tightness, restlessness, or mental fatigue, Reiki can help create a sense of ease and release.
You don’t have to be at your limit to receive support. Reiki provides a gentle way to reconnect with a steadier, more grounded state.
How Reiki Works
A Gentle, Supportive Energy Practice
During a session, you rest comfortably while Reiki energy is offered in a quiet, non-invasive way. There is nothing you need to do—your body naturally receives what it needs in the moment.
As your system begins to settle, many people experience a sense of deep relaxation, warmth, or calm. This restful state allows the body and mind to release tension and return to a more balanced, steady place.
Reiki helps your body shift into a more restful state, allowing tension to soften and your system to settle naturally.
You remain fully clothed and comfortable throughout the session, with light or no physical touch. The experience is quiet, calm, and supportive.
There’s no effort required. You can simply rest while your body receives what it needs in the moment.
This dedicated time allows your mind and body to pause—often leaving you feeling more calm, clear, and balanced afterward.

What to Expect in a Reiki Session
Each session is designed to be calming, restorative, and fully supportive—giving you space to slow down, rest, and simply receive.
The goal isn’t to “do” anything, but to allow your body and mind to settle into a state where restoration can naturally occur.
Step
Arrive and Settle InYou'll be welcomed into a quiet, comfortable space where you can lie down fully clothed. Soft music and a calm environment invite your body and mind to begin letting go.
Step
Relax, Receive, and RestoreI gently place my hands on or just above the body, allowing Reiki energy to flow in a quiet, non-invasive way. As your system naturally settles, many people experience warmth, deep relaxation, or a sense of calm—and without any effort on your part, the body begins releasing tension and shifting toward a more balanced, restful state.
Step
Gently Return and IntegrateWe close the session slowly, giving you time to reorient and notice how you feel. You may leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more grounded.
